Step 2

Offer Leebug to your Attendees

For the best user experience, have attendees opt-in to using Leebug at the time they are registering for your event. We will automatically create a basic profile based on the information they provide at registration and issue a temporary password. This saves the user from having to register for Leebug separately.

Registrants can complete their profile once they log on to the website either manually or by synching their LinkedIn account.

Step 3

Enroll Attendees into Leebug

Leebug will only auto-enroll event attendees that opt-in to use the website. Once an attendee is entered into the system they are sent an invitational email and are issued a temporary password.

There are two ways to enroll your attendees into Leebug:

Send in daily or weekly spreadsheets of attendees and we will upload them into the system.

Use our API. Meaning, with very little coding, you could hook your registration directly into Leebug so that when an attendee registers they can instantly and seamlessly be enrolled into Leebug.

Set v-Booth Pricing

A v-Booth is an interactive company profile, it's the evolution of the exhibition booth. V-Booths give attendees, sponsors and exhibitors an online presence for months beyond the days of the event.

Through a media partnership, revenue generated from sales of v-Booths is shared between Leebug and the event producer. The v-Booths have a set base price but can be adjusted higher depending on the type of event and amount of expected attendees.

Customization

As a technology company, Leebug can do just about any customization required for your event community. This can include banner ads, white labeling, online scheduling and more.
