Leebug was created to harness social media tools to make networking at conferences and other professional events more productive and more efficient. On Leebug event communities can be created for free and attendees can network before, during and after the event. Virtual Booths (v-Booths) can be created by anyone to promote their firm. Your Leebug login ID can be used across all events on the website.

Event Producers

For the event producer we are giving access to all of our event networking tools and features for free. If you are interested in learning about our revenue sharing opportunities please contact us.

v-Booth pricing will have a set base price, however event producers can set the price to whatever they like depending on the type of event and amount of participants.

Some of the key features and tools:

1. Registration integration (auto-enroll your opt-in attendees into Leebug)
2. Post full event details (Dates, location, info etc)
3. Custom participant filter selection (set your own parameters for the purposes of the attendees attending your event - Find Vendors, Find Investors, Research/Education etc.
4. Set a custom price for your v-Booths
5. Send updates to your attendees through our blogging tool
6. Assign your keywords and tags to The Hub - our central social media center for viewing Twitter feeds, Flickr photos and YouTube videos

We offer a premium event community for those event producers that want their event private or custom features such as an online scheduler, banner ads or white labeling. Contact us for pricing.

Event Participants

On Leebug you create one professional profile for all events you are attending. As an event participant you can describe why you are attending and whom you would like to meet - and filter other participants based on these parameters.

Use The Hub as your central social media location to view Twitter feeds, Flickr photos and YouTube videos of events.

Create Meet Ups - public events that happen within the main conference such as cocktail parties, luncheon meetings, presentations and breakout sessions.

Set up a v-Booth and promote your firm beyond the days of the actual event. Enter company details, upload marketing materials, play a promotional video and assign yourself or colleagues as booth attendants for an interactive presence.

Go mobile! The Leebug web app is an interactive attendee list in your pocket.
